1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern all sales of products made through the MULTIWOP website (www.multiwop.com) to consumers residing in France and the European Union. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms without reservation.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website on the day of the order. Each product is accompanied by a description and photographs that are as accurate as possible but non-contractual.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs which will be indicated before order confirmation.
MULTIWOP reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
4. Orders
Orders are made online via the website. The order becomes final only after full payment and confirmation by email. MULTIWOP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of dispute with the customer.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full upon ordering. Accepted methods include:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

The payment process is secure and encrypted via our third-party payment providers.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped within 5 working days after order confirmation, subject to availability. Deliveries are made worldwide.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are specified at checkout. In the event of a delivery delay, the customer will be notified promptly.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@multiwop.com. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
A refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
8. Warranties and Liability
All products benefit from the legal guarantees provided by articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code and articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code (legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects).
MULTIWOP shall not be held liable for improper use of the product, damage caused by third parties.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent court will be that of the buyer’s place of residence or the place of actual delivery.
